Liked: The toilet and pot wash block were brand new and cleaned to a high standard the green areas were nice and mowed we did not see any rubbish or litter plenty of bins for you to use. The owner was friendly and approachable and when we needed an extra night due to car trouble she couldn't have been nicer. Beautiful rural location but with bus and train Skegness was only a short hop away. Coop just down the road and a lovely Chinese take away and kebab house. W e got home and started to think about our next trip.
Disliked: The only issue we had is that we had to leave to go back to work

Liked: Lovely clean and friendly site. The owner is available if needed. Really short walk into the town where everyone makes you welcome. Highly recommend the Sunday lunch at The Angel and Pheasant.
Disliked: Limited showers but it’s only something to write in the box. They are really well maintained.

Liked: The site is lovely, I like the way it’s been split into 3 sections, it’s flat and kept well.
Disliked: Each of the 3 fields can take 20-25 units. 3 fields, 150+ people. There are 2 male and 2 female showers in tiny cubicles, 4 female & 4 males toilets split into 2 portacabin type blocks for the whole camp. No where near enough, thankfully we went when there were almost no one there but if the site were full, the facilities would be dire.
There needs to be at least one portacabin per field, probably more to be honest. Otherwise you’re using caravan showers and waiting for the loo which isn’t for me.

Liked: Lovely site, peaceful, spotless toilets and showers, plenty of room. Easy access to bus and trains into Skegness. We had booked to see Al Murray at the Embassy Theatre so the site was an easy hop into Skegness on the bus. Friendly staff on site we will be back.
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike.

Liked: Easy to find campsite and lots of space. Good for peace and quiet. Easy to find dog walks straight out of campsite. Good toilet block very clean. 10 minute drive to Skegness and only 10 walk to brewery and pubs in village.
Disliked: A few mole hills so pick your spot, so less mud on dog paws

From the manager: Hello
Thanks for a great review, you should of seen the mole hills a month ago before we started leveling them 🤦
Thanks again
