  • Quiet, adults-only CAMC-members touring site on a Lincolnshire farm
  • Lincoln and International Bomber Command Centre half an hour’s drive
  • Sheltered grass pitches, wildlife trail and fishing on the trout lake
Set right on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, The Grange Certificated Location is a peaceful touring site available only for adult members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club. It’s set in a rural location on a working farm, and accessed via a quiet country lane a couple of minutes’ drive from the main A157 Louth to Lincoln road. With a backdrop of a gracious Georgian-era house, sheltered by tall trees and close to a wildlife pond, the small number of well-maintained grass pitches have optional electric hook-ups and space for awnings. Simple facilities include a toilet and shower. You might like to have a mooch around the farm trail to spy some of the local wildlife, try trout fishing (there’s an extra charge) at the lake or simply sit at the water’s edge and watch the sun go down. If you’re looking for something a bit more energetic, play a game of tennis on the hard court. The site owners are also happy to organise chalk-stream fishing, horse riding and walking tours of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Liked: This site was very quiet and secluded and for most of our stay we were the only ones there ( there is only 5 pitches). I think the toilet may get a bit congested if the site was full but for us it was a perfect pitch up. The site was level, the hosts Jonathan and Sarah were very friendly , you had everything you needed to hand and I would recommend the kings head pub at Tealby if you fancied a decent lunch or dinner. The portions were generous and the selection was varied and appealing. If we are up that way again I would definitely visit again.

Disliked: Nothing
