Liked: Lovely clean toilets & showers. Great walks and pubs within walking distance. Site is sloped so arrive early to get flat spots or bring your chocks! Very peaceful - loved it.
Make sure you change you £1 to tokens for the showers.
Disliked: Needing to change £1 to tokens for the showers. Got caught out in the evening after hours.

Hot showers were very powerful
Disliked: Lot of the field is on a slope so just got to be careful how you pitch your tent :)

Liked: This was a lovely, well maintained, peaceful site. We had arranged to meet up with friends in our camper vans and we were able to pitch up together as there are no designated pitches - just open space on grass. The toilets and showers were clean and very well maintained (token needed for showers - costs £1 but gives adequate time). The owners were friendly and helpful.
There’s a great pub (The Rising Sun) just a short walk away which does simple food very well with excellent service. Good walking country in the woods surrounding the site and we saw lots of deer.
There is no electric hookup on this site.
NB Don’t arrive too early - reception is closed until 2pm so you will have to wait.
Disliked: It’s not the flattest site - there are plenty of places where you can find a flattish spot but if flat is really important to you this may not be the site for you.

Liked: Toilets and showers were super clean. Owners we very lovely. Nice and spacious site. Picnic benches dotted about so we parked up next one. Super handy as forgot a table! I would 100% stay again ☺️

Liked: Had a lovely weekend camping at Beanhill Farm. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pitches had a lot of space, the amenities were very clean and well-kept, and the firepit available was a nice touch.

Liked: Lovely clean and spacious toilet block with hot showers. Occupants kept to a minimum to ensure no overcrowding on the site or at the toilet block. Greta location for walking to the pub in Woolaston or Alvington) and activities/amenities around the Forest of Dean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
