Em va agradar: Environnement magnifique, superbe vue !!!! Un dépaysement garanti dans ce coin paisible. Van très joliment aménagé et hôtes extrêmement gentils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Merci beaucoup pour cette parenthèse hors du commun !!! Jolis lacs à proximité et nombreuses promenades possibles !

Em va agradar: Superbe point de vue, calme absolu, le côté atypique de la caravane est sympathique.

No em va agradar: Nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec les insectes: fourmis dans les murs de la caravane et mordus par des tiques.
Le van étant très chaud, des moustiquaires serait un plus pour pouvoir ouvrir en grand la nuit.
Enfin, un petit coup d’aspirateur aurait été appréciable avant qu’on arrive dans le Van.

Thank you for your feedback, we very much appreciate it as it always helps us to improve our guest experience. It was a shame about the ant situation on your first evening, I can assure you it has never happened before and the problem was obviously brief, but unfortunately the nature and location of the van means that it is surrounded by nature, All the wonderful bird life, flora and fauna around, also means other wild life can be present. That's nature and unfortunately, some things can't be helped! We did however promptly provide you with a naturally formulated ant repellent as soon as we were made aware of the problem which obviously worked as there are no ants anymore! Great idea about the mosquito net, We could get one and keep in the camping car for those who may be sensitive to the odd mossy about the place.. there really is very few! Regarding your other points, I can only say we usually have a great rating, most of our clients come via air x and x. We are always busy and we have a 4.9 rating/ 5. Our reviews on this site are absolutely awesome with everyone saying they would recommend us and many have informed us in person that that they will return! I'm so sorry your experience was different. Finally you gave us a very low rating for child friendliness, We have two children and one/ possibly two on the way! Exciting times ahead! Our children have never been so happy as they are here surrounded by nature and love spending time up at the camping car! They love the hot tub too! Just for clarity, we don't advertise the camping car as the perfect venue for families (our target audience is young couples without children like yourself). Firstly, there is only one bed, this kind of makes it unsuitable, however as an option for families who really want to experience the camping car, beautiful natural surroundings, wood fired hot tub and get away from it all, we offer a pop up tent free of charge. We also have a trampoline and a games room that children are welcome to use, oh and of course the little visits with my husband to see Mr Eastwood pony! Anyhow , Happy travels and we hope your travel experiences improve.
