Gather round, friends and family campers looking for a little bit extra – how about holidaying in spacious and well-equipped yurts? At Spire View Yurts near Chesterfield in Derbyshire, groups are welcome, so you can camp and catch up together in secluded privacy. Arriving on site is a cinch as everything’s ready for you – you'll be moving into a stylish yurt with proper beds (bedding provided) plus storage space and all the utensils you need for the outdoor life. Each yurt has its own bathroom a few seconds’ walk away, and close by is a communal kitchen with a Nespresso machine, fridge freezer and large oven for cooking Sunday dinner en famille or baking cakes with the kids on a rainy day. Patio doors lead to a balcony with seating and views over Derbyshire countryside. When it’s sunny, you can make good use of the wood-fired pizza oven (extra charge for the wood) and buy homemade dough and tomato sauce to take the hassle out of cooking. Other delectable treats available to guests include afternoon teas and boxes of s’mores for the kids to grill over the firepit – please order before you arrive. Each yurt is provided with a crate of wood and a fire-starting pack, and if you run out, more can be bought on site.

Em va agradar: We booked Spire View Yurts as a birthday treat for our daughter and her friends. I had read the reviews before we booked and was impressed by all the fantastic comments. Our expectations were completely exceeded, the place is amazing, it’s got everything you need and more. The owners Jayne and Ben have created a 5 star luxury glamping site in the wonderful Derbyshire countryside and it was absolute bliss. Our daughter and her friends absolutely loved the site, which felt very safe and had everything for their teenage needs, Wi-Fi, hot tub outdoor space and much more 🙂

The host Jayne was super friendly and accommodating and had emailed us a welcome email a few days before our trip, outlining everything we needed to know about the site and she was there to greet us on arrival which I thought was a lovely touch.

We will definitely rebook Spire View Yurts as it more than ticked all of the boxes for a fantastic break away.

Em va agradar: We loved everything about our stay. The owners have thought out this gorgeous place so well, right down to the last detail.
3 lovely yurts housed on a quiet farm with beautiful scenery. If you’re looking for relaxation then this is it.
The yurts were beautiful inside and out. Lovely comfy beds and immediate necessities such a dining table, kettle, cutlery and a lovely log burner. The fairy lights of an evening were so pretty. The bonus of the hot tub was just perfect and the views from it were amazing. The hot tub is kept clean daily too.
Bathroom facilities were perfect. Each yurt has their own labelled bathroom so you’re able to leave toiletries and towels there and they’re only a short, well lit, walk away from the yurt.
The shared kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook, bake, air fry and microwave whatever your family needs. A lovely selection of games too. Everything has been so well thought through.
The pizza oven is a lovely bonus too and we had a laugh at our first attempt to make pizzas. Practice makes perfect!!
Ideal location to access walks, Chatsworth House, Bakewell etc but also nice enough to just stay at your yurt all day.
The owners were readily contactable as they live on site but aren’t intrusive in your stay. Such lovely people who have clearly put their heart and sole into this.
Just wonderful - we can’t wait to come as a family and as a group

Em va agradar: Stayed in a yurt ..everything was thought of from own warm bathroom to electric blankets…an indoor modern kitchen with board games, all appliances you would need and extremely clean.
The yurt was cosy, the beds were comfortable…just perfect..
An outside pizza oven, a swing, beautiful views and although ours didn’t have a hot tub the other 2 did.

No em va agradar: No dogs allowed ..although this is probably a good thing otherwise we would never want to leave

Em va agradar: Enjoyed so much. Yurt was lovely, fully furnished and very clean. Good location and very peaceful. We enjoyed Hot tub so much too. Was very nice to relax after a long walk. Jayne and Ben very nice and friendly. We were warmly welcomed with delicious cupcakes and a bottle of Prosecco.

Lovers of nosing around stately piles are in their element here. Chatsworth House (20 minutes’ drive) may well be your first stop for tours of its lavish apartments, riverside walks across the estate and animal encounters in the farmyard. Other contenders for your attention include Haddon Hall for its musical events and guided tours (summer only), the Elizabethan beauty that is Hardwick Hall and walks around the ramparts at Bolsover Castle (all 25 minutes). To give the kids a treat after all that culture and history, head straight for the water rides and rollercoasters at Alton Towers (55 minutes), or jump on the cable car up the Heights of Abraham (20 minutes) to visit the caves. Kids still not exhausted? Another day out among the pirate ships and dinosaur walks at Gulliver’s Kingdom (20 minutes) should do the trick. Rather explore on two feet or by bike? Spire View Yurts is on the edge of the Peak District National Park (15 minutes), where you can walk and cycle to your heart’s content. Yomp up Creswell Crags (40 minutes), have a mooch around Bakewell (20 minutes) or stroll through the limestone gorge at Dovedale (45 minutes).

Admissió

Allotjament llogat

La unitat ha de quedar neta i ordenada. En cas contrari, haureu de pagar un suplement de neteja de 80,00 £ (94,99 €) quan marxeu.

Arribades i sortides

Les arribades tardanes s'han de notificar al càmping al més aviat possible. La vostra reserva queda garantida durant 24 hores. Un cop passat aquest temps, la direcció es reserva el dret de rellogar la vostra unitat.
L'establiment us enviarà més informació sobre el registre d'entrada 3 dia/es abans de la vostra arribada.
No s'ofereixen reembossaments/descomptes per les inclemències metereològiques, les arribades tardanes ni les sortides anticipades.

Extres

Es poden portar motos en lloc dels cotxes inclosos en el preu.

En cas que tingueu alguna queixa, parleu amb recepció de seguida. Aquelles queixes que no hagueu presentat a l'administració durant la vostra estada no es podran resoldre un cop hagueu marxat del càmping.
Està prohibit fumar en les àrees públiques.
La direcció es reserva el dret de refusar l'accés o posar fi a l'estada d'aquells hostes que presentin un comportament inapropiat. En tal cas, no s'oferirà cap reembossament.
Les ràdios, els reproductors de música i els televisors s'han de mantenir a baix volum. Les portes i els maleters dels vehicles s'han de tancar amb cura.
Les reserves no poden excedir més de 28 nits consecutives.
S'ha de respectar el silenci absolut entre les 22:00 i les 9:00.
